At ChooChoo Works, Inc. (“ChooChoo,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation, we take your privacy seriously. Please read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to understand how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using or accessing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as outlined here.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Services” means the professional services we perform for you under an order form or statement of work, including implementation, configuration, integration, advisory support, and delivery of any agreed deliverables, as well as our websites and related online properties.
Your use of ChooChoo’s Services is always subject to our terms of service. Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in those terms.
We build a development governance platform for hybrid human + AI engineering teams. Right now, our public website is primarily informational, and we collect only minimal data so you can book a demo and so the site can function securely. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle Personal Data (defined below) when you visit our website or request a demo.

1) What this Privacy Policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we collect when you access or use our Services. “Personal Data” means information that identifies or relates to a particular individual.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third parties we don’t own or control (for example, external sites or tools you may access from links on our site).
